Hurley Pro Trestles è ripartito in condizioni eccellenti regalando momenti di puro spettacolo.

Dopo quattro giorni di riposo è finalmente ripartito l’Hurley Pro Trestles con la tanto attesa mareggiata, che ha portato belle onde overhead e regalato momenti di spettacolo, con Kelly Slater e Filipe Toledo autori di due air stellari che li mettono in prima linea per il premio Innovation Award.

Medina e Slater scampano l’eliminazione dal round 2 e approdano al terzo round, dove incontreranno di nuovo rispettivamente Carlos Munoz e Tanner Gudauskas, gli autori dell’eliminazione al primo round.

Surfer of the Day è stato senza dubbio Toledo, che con un enorme air backside reverse nella heat contro Adam Melling ha preso il punteggio più alto su singola onda, scatenando le urla non solo del pubblico ma anche di tutta l’area atleti.
